At State Beach Resort & Spa, we strive to provide a seamless booking and stay experience for all our guests. We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to handle refund requests in a fair and transparent manner. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly through our official website: statebeachresort.com.
- Refund requests must align with our Cancellation Policy terms.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms must follow their respective refund policies.
Refund Process
- Refunds for bookings paid by cash, cheque, or bank transfer will be processed via cheque.
- Online refunds for payments made via our website will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
- The original receipt or payment confirmation must be presented to process any refund.
Refund Deductions
- All cancellations done via credit/debit card will incur a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- In case of event or group bookings, applicable service tax (12.36%) on the advance paid will be non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
- Bookings cancelled beyond the free cancellation window as per our Cancellation Policy.
- Postponement of bookings is treated as a cancellation and follows the standard policy.
