1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-in: 1:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AMEarly Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Late check-out between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate After 6:00 PM: Full day charge applies2. Room Tariff (Excludes 12% GST)

3. Children & Extra Bed Policy
- Children aged 12 and below stay free with parents using existing bedding.
- Extra child bed: ₹700 per night (on request).
- Max Occupancy: 2 Adults + 2 Kids below 5 years per room.
- Do not leave children unattended in rooms or public areas.
4. Visitor Policy
- Visitors not allowed after 6:00 PM.
- Must check in at reception and be accompanied by a registered guest.
- Use of guest amenities by visitors is not permitted.
5. Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings
- 25% fee if cancelled 4 days in advance
- 50% fee if cancelled 2–3 days in advance
- 50% fee for partial cancellations
- 100% fee if cancelled 1 day prior or same day
- 5% processing fee for card cancellations
Group & Special Dates
- 25% fee if cancelled 45 days in advance
- 50% fee if cancelled 30 days in advance
- 50% for partial cancellations
- 100% fee if cancelled 15 days in advance or later
- 5% card cancellation processing fee
6. Weddings & Event Policy
Payment Schedule:- 25% at booking confirmation
- 25% – 90 days before event
- 25% – 60 days before event
- 25% – 30 days before event
- Full advance retained if cancelled between 1–3 months prior
- 100% retention if cancelled less than 1 month prior
- 12.36% service tax on advance payments is non-refundable
- Postponements will be treated as cancellations
7. Group Booking Criteria
Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be treated as group reservations and are subject to special terms including advance payment, stricter cancellation timelines, and coordination for rooming, meals, and parking. - Cash/Cheque/Bank Transfer refunds via cheque only
- Website refunds: 7–10 working days
- Card refunds: Up to 15 working days
- Original receipt must be presented for refunds
- 5% fee applies to all card cancellations

- Spa: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Lunch: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
11. Events & Banquets
- Board Room: 25 Pax
- Rooftop Arabian Tent: 200 Pax
- Decking with shaded roof: 60 Pax
- Open Space + Tents Total Occupancy: 300 Pax
- Event Booking Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
12. Pet Policy
